Pro Tools hardware is either not installed or used by another program

Every time I load up my Pro Tools is pops up with 'Pro Tools hardware is either not installed or used by another program'. I am trying to use my Edirol UA-25 sound card via asio4all. I have had this setup working before and i have no idea why this keeps on popping up. Currently i have my UA-25 as default device on my playback devices but i have had the UA-25 as a communication device while internal sound card is default device.
I have also tried re installing pro tools, re installed UA-25 drivers and delete the preference trash files.

Any Ideas guys?

Also to do you have to buy a Avid support code if you want to call Avid's costumer service?

I doubt they would be able and/or willing to help much since you're using a 3rd party interface. Try checking in the Control Panel your Sound settings for the Edirol. Double-click your default playback device and go to the Advanced tab. Set your sample rate to the one you need for Pro Tools, and make sure "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" and "Give exclusive mode applications priority" are unchecked.
