CPU in red when zooming
Could /does it hurt the CPU when getting into red occasionally?
When I zoom within LE I find the CPU indicator in the red section ( apart from zooming the system runs with low CPU demand ). I think to have read advice to this matter somewhere here but I couldn´t find it again. It would be nice if that advice could be repeated once more. Thanks Lalaman |

Re: CPU in red when zooming
It doesnt hurt or damage the cpu. Its just a sign you hit the top capacity of your cpu. If this happens while playing back or tracking, it usualy means you've got too many plugins active your cpu can handle.

Re: CPU in red when zooming
Hi Bastiaan,
great to hear that it doesn´t mean damage. The red occures although nothing of great demand is conducted. Just when I zoom within a session with two audio tracks and a few midi tracks. But well, if it doesn´t hurt I can forget about it. Thank you for the good message. Lalaman |
