Default error -9128

I just upgraded to Pro Tools 10.3.10 on Windows 7 OS, using the computer listed in the Sandra Lite description. I have a M-Audio Fast Track Pro interface hooked up USB. My audio storage is a Glyph device connected by firewire. Everything is working dandy except when I get this message:

You are running out of CPU power Remove some Native plug-ins or increase the CPU Usage Limit in the Playback Engine dialog. (-9128)

I watched my CPU meter when this happens, and it's not the CPU running out of power. I was probably using about 30% CPU usage when this happens. In any case, I wasn't using a bunch of plug-ins, and I was up to the 90% setting on the CPU Usage Limit.

Can someone tell me why I might be running into this?

Firewire controllers are very finicky. What are you using? Ideally, a SIIG card with a TI chipset. If you're using onboard FireWire, that could very well be the problem.

Ya I'm using firewire through a card to my Glyph. Do you think an internal SATA drive would be good?

Got her figured out. With PT 8 I had a eSATA card for my Glyph, and it worked great. When I upgraded I must have knocked the card loose, and I assumed the card was no good, and I'd either have to try firewire or internal SATA. But I reinstalled the eSATA card and it's in place now. Works great.
