Lost plug-in bundle activation card.

Hi... I am new to the community so I hope I am posting in the appropriate section. I've been running pro tools le 7.3 for 5 years. I recently wiped my hard drive and re-installed the software. in doing so I lost my upgrade to 7.4 and I am unable to locate the red activation card for the bundle of plug-ins that came with my m-box 2. I have looked through all of my email accounts for an avid username and password, but apparently I was using a Hotmail account which is still active but due to non use has been cleaned out. kinda in a nice jam here can anyone point me in the correct direction please?
