Lost auth code for Reason Adapted where to now?

Hi Guys,

I purchased my 002r back in 2005. Reason Adapted was included. I never had cause to use it really but now I want to delve into it. I can't find the Authorisation card (I have all the others) that came with 002 so I don't know what to do next. When I try to launch the application it just asks for the code and then cancels as I haven't got it.

Where do I go with this? I have proof of pruchase and everything like that to verify that I am entitled to use the software. Propellerhead's don't provide email support for Reason Adapted and I can't find anything relevant in their FAQ section.

So, if someone from Digi or Propellerheads read this can you help please?

If you registered, your authorization code for Reason Adapted should be available in your account on the Propellerhead website:

1 - go to http://www.propellerheads.se

2 - Click on the Your Account link:
https://www.propellerheads.se/user/

If you do not remember your account login, use the "Lost password?" link there.

4 - If you are able to login, click on the "Your products" link at the top.

If you still have the same email address that you had when you registered originally, that should make it easier.

I didn't register it originally though. That is the problem I am having, I did check the propellerhead's website to see if I created an account and scanned my email folder back to the date of purchase of the 002, and I have not had any contact with them.

What I need is some way of generating a "new" auth code to replace my old one.

Hey... I had the exact same problem you're having; resolved mine about 6 months ago. I finally e-mailed PropHead Tech Support. They had me scan my reg. card, which I understand you don't have, however, they were just SO helpful, I would expect that they would be able to work something out with your proof of purchase or some other alternative method. I beat my head against a wall initially trying to authorize this, and they took care of it for me so quickly and professionally I was amazed. Try 'em out. Great customer service! Peace. MLP

Hi Slideguitar. Thanks for your reply. I have just emailed them, originally when I went to their website all I saw was "reason adapted does not qualify for email support". I did not see the "product registration" email support tab.
Anyhow better late than never! Hopefully they can help.
