DIGI 003 Transport vs. computer screen transport

i noticed the transport on the 003 is half a second off compared to the computer screen transport is this normal??I found a hard time bobbing my head to the music watching bar counts on the 003 screen then again i had a couple drinks last night anyone else notice this???

i never paid attention to it as I have the big counter on the screen. I will have to watch that next time. I always use a click track if I need timing as I just can't follow a visual cue and stay accurate. The way I setup, the 003 is off to my left for left-hand use like this . It just works for me but I see plenty of others that put the 003 front and center.

cool setup i have mine to the right i guess the transport is not a big problem.How does the universal audio sound by the way??

Its a fabulous unit and I use it with solid state mics for Vocals, acoustic guitars or electric guitars(sometimes) and its the best Bass DI yet to my ears. I patch it into the ISA428 digital card.

I have checked last night, and mine is in sync. No detectable difference.
