License not showing up for ilok
I just bought pro tools 12 and activated it but my license is not showing up in the ilok license manager. I tried refreshing and sync/repair but no luck. Not sure how to get my license to show up so I can put it onto my ilok.

I just recently bought ProTools 12 and I am having the same issues with my iLok account. My licenses are not showing up. I feel like I have tried everything I can to get it to work but still no luck.

Hello, i am having the same problem now.
I Have just purchased a monthly subscription for Pro Tools but license doesnt show up on my ilock account like it used to before |

HAVING EXACTLY the same problem.
The credit card that was paying for the subscription was cancelled. Then, when I submitted the data of a new card, for keep on as a subscriber, the Avid website accepted. BUT IT WON'T SHOW IN MY ILOK. I lost a whole day of work because of this? WHAT IS WRONG? |
