Mouse displaying wrong tool

Hi, I mostly use the smart tool with PT, but since PT9, the icon of what my mouse should be just shows random things like the drawing tool or scrubbing tool. The smart tool still works as a smart tool, but every now and then, the drawing tool takes over (still in smart mode) and it starts drawing things when I click...

This is a minor bug but I thought I'd put it out there...
