Where do I find my ASC support code?
In case anyone else should suffer like this:
Apparently it is possible to get through on the phone by selecting Option 2 Registration. If you pay for a one-off phone call, the code does not come through immediately with the confirmation email. Wait a bit and you should then find the page by following the links. The code does not say it is a code. Mine was a nine digit number. However it did work when I finally made the call. Make the call at 9am or you could be waiting in a queue all night.
