Default Changing text color in windows, can't read it

Hello there, first post, thanks to everyone for the great info

In Pro Tools 12 i have an odd "problem" which i'm not sure
if it's because of window OS color or Pro Tools itself, I know I didn't
have this problem with Pro Tools 10 so I assume it's something that
can be changed in PT itself, anyway the problem is when naming tracks
the text is gray on white and I can barely read it, attached picture.

Is there any way to change it? When selected there's a blu-ish highlight
and it's the only way you can read some, but still.. picture will show better.

Thank to anyone who will chime in!

Default Re: Changing text color in windows, can't read it

I would start by adjusting some parameters on the monitor itself. I run a mix of LED monitors and a 43" LED TV(all running at 1920x1080 natively). When I first built this rig(Windows 10), my Melodyne plugin window didn't show the gradients separating the note bands and it was driving me nuts. Adjusting the brightness lower took care of that for me. If brightness doesn't do it, a slight change on color levels might also fix it(a little goes a long way)
