Administrative Request?
My apologies if this has been brought up in previous posts.
We have changed service providers several times now, and with new ones have even had to cycle our static IP addresses. My request as the GT administrator on this end, would it be at all possible to add a e-mailer to the interface to allow us to send out emails regarding our system (IP) changes (and other service news) to the myriad of users without having to send a dummy delivery with a text change file? Secondly, can there be set in place a password recovery system for the system so that clients/users who aren't necessarily using it year around can get back into their accounts. Thus preventing me from having to delete their accounts and create new ones ever time they forget? Thanks guys, David Tragger Hypocrite Productions Incorporated Edmonton, Alberta - Canada www.thestudio.pro |
