I feel for you and I do believe some members here have got the ICON controllers working somewhat in PT12 but again I haven't heard anyone who has all the functions working yet.

If Q-Con says it will work in PT12 I would be onthem like a hawk until they help you with working drivers or take theunit back full refundof course.

They do look nice in the studio as one here in sweden has 2 or 3 hooked up with fader packs and they feel well built aswell.

Thanks, appreciate that! I am on them! Seems like quite a few people have issues with their gear. Real shame as in principle it seems like a nice solid piece of gear and great for the money. But if it doesn't work, it's a paper weight!

They are a very nice piece of gear but HUI is a sad story ..

If you end up sending it back have a look at the Artist Series and Presonus Faderport 8 and 16.

Thanks so much! Yeah, I saw this as a cheap alternative to the Artist Series, shame. Presonus could work but is a bit big and ugly and I think uses Mackie protocol too? Though might be better behaved?
