Wrongly billed (twice) for Auto-Renewal of Reinstatement (not yet reinstated!)

Today I was billed USD 438.90 twice for Auto-Renewals of Ultimate Reinstatement not yet reinstated – please see Case Number 04084486 for details

My “Order History” shows one Auto-Renewal dated 12/23/2020 – but today I have 2 separate PayPal Digital River Invoices (with different numbers), for a total of $877.80

Please arrange a Refund to my Credit Card

Figured out that the 2nd wrong Renewal is for another HD/Ultimate Reinstatement I bought back in December 2019, in another Avid account.
Will give you all the details when you reply.

Just checked – exactly the same situation as Case Number 04084486 – I haven’t clicked on the “Submit” button, nor surrendered an "expired" license.

Genuinely no rush here
– please leave it until January 2021 – it can wait.

After I managed to recover a deleted Gmail, I bundled this issue (Case Number 04085132) with Case Number 04084486 - sent all details required.
