Can someone please help me with updating Pro Tools 10

When I start Pro tools I get info that there's an update available. If I follow the link I get this info:

I run OS X 10.8.3 (Mountain Lion) on iMac, but I can't find any info on there for how to update PT on my version of OS X.

Anyone?

Ok, so should I just ignore all the info Avid is giving me regarding the update? I'm really afraid I'm gonna mess something up.

You're on 10.8.3 which isn' officially supported by Avid, yet.
But I take you're already running and older version of PT, so there's nothing to worry about, if you do the upgrade.

I'm running Pro Tools 10.0.0. So I just download and install that file you linked, and that's it?

Yes, but make a clean uninstall of 10.0 first.
10.3.4 is a full installer.

Ok, so how do I do a clean uninstall? And what about all the plug ins I've bought?

This sounds risky...

Download the installer. When you open the .dmg there's an "Uninstall Pro Tools.app".
Run it, and when it asks for a safe or a clean uninstall, choose clean.

But what about the iLok usb key that came with PT when I bought it, will that work with the downloaded version as well?
