Thank you for posting that information. The problem is the frequency at which the bug occurs following the step to reproduce and personally I'd rate that at about 35% frequency. I suggest you post the session file and Strike Plug-In Setting file when you encounter the problem again. See, I have sessions that do do what you are talking about but there are more sessions that don't. As I posted, the flaming is a by-product of setting Part Retrigger On. It is strongly recommended that this setting be switched Off under the circumstances in which you are using Strike. The Strike Plug-In Guide states too that you use Part Retrigger in combination with Groove Change Grid. Try a 1/4 Note Groove Change Grid setting. Given the frequency of this bug, it's no wonder it's been around since 2008 but if you can post those files next time, it'll help towards getting a fix.
