Default Bypass Channel Plugins

Hey Community! I'm happy to be here :)

So i have my first question!

I saw in a video where you can bypass the channel plugins. I don't mean the shortcut " cmd + alt ". Can't find this video any more.

I use Pro Tools 12.

Thanks for helping!

Hold shift while opening the session, maybe?

If you hold option while bypassing a plug-in, it will bypass that slot on all tracks. I don't know of a key command to bypass all plugins on all slots on all tracks while the session is open.

shift + A will bypass all channels on a track. IIRC shift+2 bypasses inserts A-E and shift+3 bypasses inserts F-J. I would think that if you add option to those commands or use the "all" group it would do plugins on all tracks.

I totally forgot about the shift functions.

Cntrl (Mac)/ Start (Win) + Click will toggle all active or bypassed plugins to opposite state for all plugins on channel from the below and including the one you click.

I want two more shortcuts for plugins on a channel.

1. Toggle all bypassed plugins to active and all active plugins to bypassed. Great for comparing plugins or chains.

2. Toggle active/ inactive plugin state. Exclude some plugins from #1 toggle comparisons.
