Calibration
I'm using 888/24 882/20 882/16. I'm following tdm installation manual and it says to use -14 if using the 882/20. Is this correct. I'm also using a Mackie 32/8. The meter is not very accurate. Can I still get some kind of callibration using the Mackie? Also, this may be a dumb question, but do I calibrate the S/Pdif and aes digital ins/outs as well? If so, how?
Thanks JE

Re: Calibration
-Unlike the 888 series interfaces, the 882 series cannot be calibrated (analog or digital I/O).
-The 882/20 interface is factory calibrated with 14dBu headroom when operating at +4dBu (yielding a maximum output of +18dBu). Brent |

Re: Calibration
So do I have to calibrate for Digital? If so, how? And...any suggestions on calibrating with mackie board?
Thanks

Re: Calibration
No. You don't calibrate digital outputs. As long you have a stable clock everything should work just fine.
