Update from Engineering:
Feedback from Crane Song is that they are aware that something has broken in 2023.6. They have a fix that they are looking to release soon (no exact dates on this yet), and they are talking to Dev Services to better understand what changed in 2023.6 to cause the problem.

We will update this thread soon as there are updates.

Has anyone heard of Crane Song when it comes to Phoenix 2? There is still the old version on the website and no update.
I sent an email to them weeks ago and have not received a response to date. This is completely dubious to me.

David Hill (Crane Song) passed away last year.
The company continues but I'm sure that's thrown a wrench in things (from their hardware products to software to general communication)

I know that David Hill has passed away and that is sad. But that doesn't excuse the company's behavior. As I said, I paid over 400 euros for the thing and apparently threw it in the trash because I can't use it.
There is not even a note on the website about the problems with current PT versions. So PT users may continue to buy the plugin...

I'm starting to replace it even on my old sessions, unfortunately I'm not seeing it properly updated in the near future
