If you used your ASC to contact us and the issue was caused by a bug, then we should have replaced your ASC.

We have asked CS to send you a replacement ASC, so please check your email (including spam folder).

And to have the additional components installed only leads to possible software conflicts...
What specific version did you install before updating to 10.1.2?

Pro Tools 10.1.2
MBox 3 Pro
Assortment of plugins including Waves 9.
I have trashed prefs, repaired permissions - the usual stuff. I am about to revert because I really need to get work done - and billed!
You mentioned problems with PT9 in your post from 12-17-2010. Is this on the same computer/OS? Can you please provide complete details about your setup?

Your posts from 2009 mention running Windows on a Mac Pro. Is this still your setup? Can you please provide more details?

If interested in solving this... please provide info about your system and any steps to reproduce the problem. Thanks!

Holy Moses.. I was beginning to think I was invisible!

I was given another ASC, unfortunately, the ASC I was given was invalid.

And I haven't received anything yet. And yes, I have checked my junk folder.

Has anyone had a successful install of this latest update? Think I might hold off until the next one comes out...

My guess would be that most folks going up to 10.1.2 have done so without issue. A few folks have chimed in and stated that things were peachy for them.

The vocal ones, myself included, voiced their issues with the recent update.. I've gone back to 10.0 and will wait for the next update or revision.

Angry Re: 10.1.2 Update = Complete Disgust!

I have complex bus routings in my sessions, and I guess many of you do the same.

This 10.1.2 have cost me 6 hours of work, and it is counting...

I'm reverting back to 10.0.1 and hoping that my own problem will be solved.

I'll be silently swearing from now on.

Totally successful here. 10.1.2 HD 6 on a Mac Pro with Magma PE6R4. No problems, besides the cosmetic ADC bug, at all.
