Hello everyone! I have a problem with 2 licenses pro tools 10 I'd like to update. Were not available in my account ilok. Are "Surrendered" but I can not activate because the button is disabled. Who can help me?

I could not find anything in the product registration, avid account, or iLok accounts with your email address. So I can't look at the problem to see what it might be.
