Default Alternate Video Player/Engine

Hi all.

I wanted to know if there is an option to use a different video player (for example mpv) within ProTools environment? I think at the moment it uses a QT based player, but we have a bespoke player we would like to use.

I have gone through all the setup/options/pref screens and cannot see a setting which would allow this but maybe I'm looking in the wrong location.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Kind Regards, Lee Thomas

Nope, the AVE used QuickTime, that’s all you get.
