Have you installed the latest drivers relative to the version of Pro Tools that you're running?

More info would be helpful

I've got the same problem. I'm running Pro Tools 8 LE, version 8.04 through an MBox mini on Windows 7. I've had it for a few months now and everything was running smoothly until yesterday. I didn't knowingly change any settings so I'm not sure what could be causing this problem.

Did you disable the Power Management feature on all USB ports?

Nope, is that something I should do? If so, how do I do it?

I wouldn't ask if it didn't matter Control Panel>System>Device Manager> Hardware. Scroll down to the USB section and double-click on each instance of USB Root Hub. Hit the last tab for Power Management and UNcheck the box.
