Default Studio space in College Station, TX?

Probably going to be going down to College Station late May/early June to record a friend's blues band. Anyone here have or know of a studio space in or around College Station?

They're a three-piece so I don't need a huge place, and Protools based studio is a must, or I can hook up my own laptop and patch into the studios monitoring system.

PM me if you don't want to reveal your secret hidie hole.
