Just tried it with a new session after my test session and it worked as well as the next 3 sessions I loaded after it.

Sounds like importing session data into a new session may be a fix.

Removing the ssl plug's from the plugin folder will at least get your sessions open in 12.6. Finding replacements is the chore.

After a few hours of trial & error, I got a workaround! Finally.

• I saved a session with a single Aux track with a single Kush Audio Transformer N insert.
• Open this session.
• Load any previous or create a new session with any SSL Duende plugs you feel necessary.

The Kush plugin seems to do the trick. I'm sure others might as well. This is working for my system without fail. I've uploaded the "pre-loader" session & can be downloaded here - http://ericbeam.com/?p=6272

It looks like SSL won't be much help with this problem until their new revision of the Duende plugins is released.

Is Avid aware of this problem also, or should I put in a support request? I figured you would know being a forum administrator.

On the test session I load first I have the Relabs LX480 loaded on my Aux track. I also have a blank Audio track, Master track, Mix Bus (Aux) and an Instrument track with Waves Codec loaded on it. This session is my workaround and it works. I'm going to try to make a session with only the Aux and the LX480 loaded on it.

The LX480 is probably the one. Same guy made the ssl X-verb.

Made a session with only the Aux track and the LX480 inserted and it works just like my test session.

A work-around in Samplitude is to run the program in 8.1 compatibility mode.
