How Do I make Elastic Pitch shift gradually?
I have a lead vocal and I'm shifting a note down one whole step. I'm using the x-form property (i think this is the best choice but not sure).
Anyway, is there a way to adjust how quickly the note adjusts? It's a legato part and i need one pitch to slide into the corrected one more easily (if possible). Thanks in advance! |

Anyone know this? I searched through the manual but I guess I missed that specific part, if it exists.

I don't think you can. the only way I see you doing that is chopping up the region several times and pitch each one down a bit more consecutively. Use Melodyne and do the same thing.

Re: How Do I make Elastic Pitch shift gradually?
Hmmm how odd. I thought maybe I was wrongly using the X-Form algorithm as opposed to something better suited for vocals but perhaps not.
It seems like this would be a critical feature of even the most basic pitch shifters. Anyway around this? |
