Still have midi problems in 8.03

Still having issues with tab to next midi note in 8.03. This is on an HD3 rig, NO incompatible plug-ins.

Sometimes the tab to next note works and during the session all of the sudden, tabbing to the next note goes to the end of that midi track everytime. really obnoxious....

Anyone have a fix for this?
