Default Blue x-mon with black d-command es?

Does anyone know if they are compatible ? My blue d-command died and I wanted to test the functionality of my x-mon. A friend has a black d-command I can test it on but before I venture out and tear apart studios just wanted to know if anyone has some insight ?

Thanks !
