EUCON 20.1.0 Released

Avid is pleased to announce the release of EUCON 20.1.0 with many bug fixes for S1, Control App and other EUCON surfaces. Download it from your Avid Account or the Avid Download Center. Eucon updated, firmware updated in S1's and Dock. BUT

Not seeing updated Avid Control in the app store. Am I missing something?

Kinda dead in the water here with a version mismatch.

App finally showed up in apple app store. However, no go with Amazon yet. Some help would be great.

The 3 App stores release around the world at different times. There's not much I can do about it. I can't release the Apps early as it would kill everything when they auto update.

Updated the iOS app and updated Eucon on my Mac (10.14.6).
Avid Control appears in EUControl Settings as available, when I try to add nothing happens, and after a few seconds it reappears as *availabe*.

Why does it always have to suck when you guys do anything, I'm so tired of that game.

I just did. Still the same, and I got the connection error symbol in the control app.
It worked shortly after doing the update. Then the connection has been lost and I'm not able to establish it again.

I guess the next step would be uninstalling and reinstalling everything. But before wasting any more time on that I'll just quit using the app.

How is your Mac connected to the router Ethernet, WiFi or Both at the same time ?
