PT10.1.2 no launch after update [solved]

Hallo,

After running the Pro Tools 10.1.2 Update, my application won´t start!!

Message;

The application has failed to start because it´s side-by-side configuration is
incorrect............

I´m running a swedish Win7 sp1 64bit. I have tested with two diffrent computers, the same problem.

What´s the problem, anyone??

Does running vcredist_x86.EXE from http://www.microsoft.com/download/en...ng=en&id=26347

fix the problem?

Problem solved, This must be something that´s been missed in the patch,
Most DAW computers are not on Win update, so this file should have been included with the patch???
