It is not yet qualified with 10.7.4. More information will be posted soon. For now you'll want to stick with 10.7.3 if you can.

That said, initial testing with 10.7.4 looks promising, and hasn't turned up any issues yet with HDX, HD Native, HD, and MBox. If you've already updated your OS, you could try it out safely as long as it's not a mission-critical system.

Thanks for the reply.. I will test this on my Macbook which I use for general use on the fly and usually like to keep updated for web security. Thanks again for a solid update, that Buffer Bug was quite annoying for those of us who routinely change settings when tracking and then mixing.

I am happy to do the leg work on others advice and in particular read previous threads on this matter. This will be my first upgrade on a new MacBookPro (dec 2011) with the origional install previoulsy made by the agent who supplied Protools. I'm not useless but want some advice on the installers and no brainers....

I presume the advice is to move to 10.2.0 currently.

Cheers
Chris.

4b) Bang head repeatedly and with force against desk, as 10.2 is causing at least as many, if not MORE, erroneous -9092 CPU errors.

I seemed to be noticing more of these errors as well at first, but after a complete shutdown (not a restart) it seems fine. We'll see how that holds up the rest of the day.

Is it nessisary to uninstall previous versions of PT10 before 10.2? I certainly didn't. I haven't run onto any issues yet but I may just restore a back-up and redo the process again just to be safe, if it's a big deal. Totally missed that detail in my haste. Doh!

PT 10.2 & OSX 10.7.4 Is a good match for me. PT loads faster, Not having the hicups i was having prior and the play back engine can be changed without and crash.. Seems stable and smooth. Im on 3.0 dual quad mac pro. 8 gigs ram...digi 002

the click-not-starting-at-1 bug is happening again. every now and then the click won´t play the first tick… was on 10.0.1 but didn´t happen on 1.2 and 1.3
