Audio not importing with video
Just upgraded to macOS Mojave Version 10.14.6 and Pro Tools Ultimate Version: 2020.12.0. All working like a dream BUT when I import a video (either through File ▶︎ Import or drag and drop) the audio DOES NOT import, even when I check the ‘import audio’ option. Any solutions?

What type of file are you importing? Do you have the additional codec packs installed? You can check the Avid Qualified Video formats article for a list of things to look for.
