End of February - updates ??

i would start a new thread as i have asked for this one to be closed ASAP ..

.. we know there will be updates someday in the future and that kyle or some other person will come by from time to time to see how we are doing ..

.. i have lost interest in keeping this going .. this crap is boring and is going nowhere ..

another EuCon crash today ..

so as the moderator says .. "i am upset" .. to set the record straight for the LAST TIME .. i am not upset at all, just expect the things i pay good money for to work ..

so again.. PLEASE CLOSE or DELETE THIS THREAD ASAP .. this is a waste of time tying to get the attention of the people that run the Dept. that would be of any help to us ..

if they already have our attention via our Moderator then good ...

Why close the thread?

No updates, not posted, not via PM's.

If attention has been paid, we (who pay their bills) have seen no resultant effect.

The thread has generated no tangible results for the end user, and so the thread has not had the desired effect - effecting change.

So long as no change has been effected, I would suggest keeping the thread open so the dialogue can remain ongoing until satisfactory results are seen.

And FYI, mod, or whoever from AVID cares to look at this - my reseller has tried to go through their channels to get a resolution on technical issues for me. NOTHING from their rep.

Not pro. Perhaps you can address that with Kyle if you have a line to him, as my PMs continue as unread or, at the very least, not acknowledged.

To close my input on this thread for now... STILL no response from Kyle. Not sure what southsidemusic has to contribute there, but whatever they did, I didn't get any satisfaction - not their problem, but they should know.

My reseller troubleshot with me and sorted everything out. Bottom line - buggy software, not sure how long/well it will last.

Good luck to everyone with patches, updates, and getting satisfactory responses from "support".

My Final Input to this Thread .. says it all i think ..

EuCon 3.3.2 came out 6 months ago .. 11/11/15 .. check the Sticky at the Top of this window .. i am looking for another solution ..

I've said this time and time again, I'm not bashing anyone, but the fact is Kyle is no longer there. I don't know why my comments keep getting deleted by the mod, but they're getting deleted because it's true. I'm just trying to get everyone to make sure they try another contact and not waste their time with someone who was let go with that huge group a while back.

I'm just saying I would try to see who else is actually still working there to contact now, I'm not sure who is the problem.

Kyle is still working for Avid. The mods have specifically asked this question and have received a definitive "yes he is still working at Avid".

This doesn't explain any delays, or help anything, but he is still @ Avid.

Hi Guys,

Apologies for not being as involved here in the last few months. We've all been extremely busy trying to get EuControl 3.4, Pro Tools | Control v1.0.6, and Dock out the door. Hopefully, the fact that those are now out with lots of fixes and enhancements for you guys will make up for my M.I.A.-ness. :)
