Default PT license transfer

How long does it take to transport a Pro Tools license? A week ago I transferred a license to my Ilok account, but nothing has appeared in Avid's account so far.

Hi and Welcome to the Community

Do you have a support case started as that would make it much essier to look for and help you.

Did you do a transfer or Avid or someone else?

I am guessing by the lack of info you are asking for installers not a license as the headline says?

You need to give us as much info as possible to assist.

Thanks

How I can start a support case?

Yeah, I transfer it by myself from another account.

I can't find it in my Avid account to upgrade a license. I have an Avid Pro Tools Update Plan code, It still on the old account.

I can use PT, can activate a license in my ilok account, but it is still not in my Avid account.

Well if you did a transfer you need to pay for an Avid TOO action but to update and upgrade all you need is the license on a iLok key as thats what the upgrade will ssk you to surrender etc. Nothing in the avid account will need any doing to it. If yiu have the installers in your Avid account I would save that 80-90 dollar transfer fee and use the ilok license as you do now. If you wanna upgrade the license all you need is the ilok license and you are good to go. The next upgrade or udate should deposit the installers in tha avid account which is separate from the ilok account. Avid gant know if you move your licenses from one ilok to another and that has nothing to do with the avid account.

Let me know if you need any further help
