What Happens If I Lose My Internet?
I just upgraded to a monthly subscription of PT (2019.10).
On starting up the app, I see PT checking my cloud iLok license. I was wondering, since sometimes my internet goes out, does that mean I'll be dead in the water until it comes back up? If so, is there a workaround? Please advise! Thx...

I must be using iLok cloud. Can I put the license on my iLok?

Yes, physical iLok2/3 key is the preferred method of storing PT licenses. Everything else is optional but physical key must always work

Goto your ILM and look at the ilok PT license by clicking on ”more info” or similar on the PT license and you will see if it is a Key shape or a ”Computer screen” or a Cloud icon and then you’ll know where the license is. Key = iLok / Screen = Machine Authorization and Cloud .. well it is Cloud Authorized. You can change from Cloud to physical iLok key in the ILM.
