Default Where/How to Order New D-Command Faders?

Hey folks, so a few faders in my 7-year-old D-Command are starting to fail. Fortunately, they're all in the same bank.

I've browsed arund the AVID store as well as the DUC. But, I can't find where to order a replacement bank. Can anyone provide a link?

Thanks in advance!

I guess you can buy it though your local AVID rep. Just ask for a quote.

Default Where/How to Order New D-Command Faders?

I've bought my replacement carbon D-Command faders at Westlakepro. Their service is great.
The faders are better than the original plastic ones. Using them for 4 months with great results.
By the way, have you tried to clean yours? I've replaced mine after 5 years of everyday use when no cleaning helped. The original ones required cleaning every 6 months.

Thanks, Dmitri. I haven't cleaned them. I haven't found instructions that leave me confident to do so. If you have a link to some (perhaps, with some pics), please let me know. Thanks again!

Go into Fader Test > Cycle Faders > let it run for 10 min

You can also use the compressed air blowing inside the slots, during the fader test cycle.
