Default Serial number and System ID?

I just bought the expansion pack and downloaded the 2.0 firmware.

when i click on the updater it asks for my serial number and system ID

i have the 11 rack upside down and am reading the label and typing it in and it keeps saying this

"Serial number is not valid for your product"

now i am not sure how much clearer i can type it, and yes i tried every way i could think that might be confusing, such as a 0 or an o etc

and what is SYSTEM ID?? nothing on the sticker says that

any help would be appreciated

i got the system ID from the download and i def have the serial number correct

AND

eleven rack shows up fine in PT 9

any ideas?

Go to your Avid account. Look at YOUR PRODUCTS. There will be listed your S/N and Sys ID.

my eleven rack is not in there

it has worked for me with PT 8 and 9 just fine.

it is working today in PT 9

the serial number is on the unit

The Serial Number for the ERXP should be in your Avid account. Did you go to your Avid Account?

In my Avid Account I have the ERXP. Underneath it lists the System ID and the Serial Number and states "Type in these numbers during installation"
Are the numbers not in your Avid Account?

i went to my account

and i have the expansion pak in there and the ilok stuff for PT

my eleven rack is not in the account anywhere?

i am almost positive i registered this when i got it

i bought this new from sweetwater very soon after it came out

You must use the ERXP serialnr. NOT the 11R hardware serialnr.
This, along side the ERXP System ID should be listed in your Avid account.


Hardware is not listed in your Avid account.

The Serial Number for me, was NOT the serial number of the Eleven Rack, but the Serial Number given for the ERXP. Maybe they have changed this, i dont know. But here is how it looks in my Avid account.

thanks so much, i was totally confused, it works and i updated it and put the expansion pak on!

cannot wait to try it out tonight with some bass settings!
