Old 'Elastic Audio.aaxplugin fatal error' on new Win10 computer
So this next install will be my 5th re-install of Pro Tools in about a month - basically since I was shipped my new PC.
I got it briefly stable on my 3rd install, after doing some voodoo with the ElasticAudio.aaxplugin (based on the old guides to fixing the issue with iZotope Radius library within it), but managed to corrupt ProTools.dll while I was sniffing around the Avid Program Files folder while looking for a Euphonix thing I was trying to debug. So there goes that. Re-installed and I'm having the exact same issues as previously with both 2018.4 and 2018.3. They seem to all stem from the iZotope Radius library used within Elastic Audio, which FL Studio also uses (these are my two primary DAWs, there is no possibility for isolation). Currently, I'm getting AAE -9060 errors every time I hit play the first time in a project, yet Pro Tools is running on a SATA SSD which is virtually empty, the project files are run off an NVMe, and this is not in a single project but any project including blank ones so probably not a audio file/fade corruption. I also have issues with the playback engine and hardware dialog boxes freezing then crashing Pro Tools or just not loading at all. This is in addition to the 'Fatal Error' message that happens when Pro Tools starts up and can't load Elastic Audio. There is probably a few more less occurring error messages, but these are the main ones - and from what I've read, they all point to the Radius library. How can I fix this?

Have downloaded the installer twice and also tried 2018.4 (which was the first one I tried). No luck.
