M Audio Mobilepre usb interface (1st Gen) connection problems

I have a 1st gen. m audio mobilepre usb interface it will connect to my laptop which is (Toshiba satellite p105 with a intel Celeron 1.6Ghz processor and im running window 7 32 bit) but the lights on the interface wont come on and when they do they stay on for a couple of seconds then goes back off I tried using an external 2.0 usb port that plugs into the wall but it does the same thing

No mention of what driver you are using?

Im using m audio mobilepre usb driver 5.10.0.5131

Did you get any help on this? Do you know where to get drivers for it because I only see them for 2nd gen. Thanks
