Default Aux audio

Can anyone assist me in understanding this...I am using a PT 002 G4 867mhz and 1.2 gig int. My questions is ...I am using an external effect processor as an insert, therefore I have send from an Audio ch vocals via bus to the input of the Aux ch. The Hareware insert is on the Aux ch. and the Aux out put the the Master output. When I bounce I am not getting the effect or wet porton of the Vocals in the Bounce file. Can the output of the Aux Ch be captured in the bounce file?
Secondly...Can the Click plug work when Low Latancy is engaged?

This was not done with Low Latency mode engaged

Look at the audio chain and follow it through. You might be mixing in dry audio with external processors and the dry signal is to strong at the bounce node. Or you may be hearing the outboard processor on somewhere outside the master out chain. Draw the diagram and see how things are routed. This is most often where I do the Homer Simpson "DOHHHhhhh!!!!" as the light finally goes on.
