FreeTrial Download not opening
I downloaded the free trial download (onto my Mac OSX) and it wouldn't open.
I phoned support, then modified my sharing setting to 'all users'. Uninstalled. Rebooted. Re-downloaded with the new user setting. Same problem. Not looking good so far if I can't even get the trial to open! Yikes! Anyone feeling kindly this evening? Tell me how to get this to open? Thanking a kind soul in advance, Susan Eisner

Do you have an iLok2? Did you read "Help us Help you - Read this before posting" at the top of the page? We need way more information in order to help you.
