Default Whats with this AAE-6101 error

It`s everywhere you look something happened and in this last update but nobody wants to explain it but everybody knows about it.

Yes I saw all the workarounds but this happens on 2 tracks projects, 128ms on a latest mac book pro i 7,with motu 624.

Peace

"Everywhere you look"? I've never seen that error here, ever Tough to offer any help with so little information. What version of OS and what exact version of Pro Tools? What hard drive are your sessions on(and what kind of drive is it; SSD, 5400 rpm, Fusion drive?)? Done all the system tweaks?

Never mind good friend it will be fixed in a few months as always.
I dont think this is realated only with pro tools,it has to be something between PT latest and Sierra high latest.
I have a good usb 3 hub where all my gear is connected to it,and 2 separate laptops approx same power, with all my software installed on both.(I always worked with 2 machines to be safe)
on my Acer Win 10 Daw i can go 64ms and on my Latest macbook pro 256ms and still have the error randomly.
Same exact setup.

My specs are in my sig. not sure if you can see them.

Peace

128ms when you're not tracking? That's the first place I'd start. Bump that puppy up to the highest buffer setting.

After that, it's all about plug-ins. Lots of guides on here about how to move plugs around to try to find the culprit.

And from personal experience, if you use Soundflower with Pro Tools, it will cause the -6101 error.
