Avid Loyalty Rewards for PT 12 Users?

Just found my answer, another instance starting today and ending in one year. There goes 23 days of paid usage. I wish Avid could get these things where they worked together, never seen such a MCF.

Still haven't received my 'every avid plugin for a year' bundle .. starting to feel like avid store support are quite useless.

All other support portals I've worked with in the past have been amazing! Avid Store Support - you're letting me down! haha

Thanks for the heads up, Nigel. Unaware of this I did some tests on a bit of music which sounded pretty good to me, and then on some voice where I could A/B it next to the same processing already done in RX6. The latter sounded identical to my ears, but perhaps that's not too surprising if the issue is with transients it wouldn't be so apparent.

Even if it isn't as good as it was before PT 8, it sounds better than the other 2 default time stretch options in 12. Have upvoted anyway, since so much work has been done to isolate the issue with the developers and surely should be a very simple fix for Avid (ha ha).

Thanks for voting Guy. The needed fix has been determined with the help of the developer, and its probably one of the easiest fixes imaginable, so why Avid haven't done it after all this time simply beggars belief.

Did you check in the Products not Downloaded section?

I am thinking that there simply wasn't much internal communication towards support in Avid regarding this. When I first started the support ticket it was just to inquire. I was told I didn't qualify as it was a not an Avid webstore purchase (it was from an authorized reseller) however both Bio Tek and the plug in bundle appeared in my Products section shortly thereafter.

I noticed yesterday that the plug in bundle was also sitting in the Products not Downloaded section. I clicked to activate and now I have two in my Products section with expiration dates a week apart. I suppose I could have waited on the new activation and stretched out the reward period but I know it is only for 1 year and assumed it was just a belated formality.

Yip - I’ve been looking every single day. ‘Products Not Yet Downloaded’ just says, ‘you do not own any products under this account yet’. I’ve sent two follow up email on my support ticket - but I’ve had no reply. I feel like I’m being ghosted - when my first case was closed after no resolution. I started another - I got a single reply saying:

‘Are you talking about the Pro tools HD plan for System ID: XXXXXXXX? If so, it automatically renewed and was activated to your iLok key.

Is there anything else that you need assistance with?’

Which was an answer for a question I never asked - they totally missed the point.

Avid Store Support 1/10 for customer service. Haha - I’m just hoping it comes through at some point. Surely they’re not all that dense. I’ve been an HD customer since 2005, feeing a little neglected.

Found the Tracktion files and the Pro Sound FX bundle on my Avid account page. That's all. Considering I'm using only Pro Tools 12.7.1 (not HD) and my annual upgrade plan has already expired I think this is pretty amazing.

It all works fine. And Tracktion has some awesome presets that make it easy as pie to make a beat. Arpeggiators, orchestra's, you don't have to know crap to make your own hit. Just what I needed

Tracktion stuff was in my account before I renewed. Silly question here; Did you apply the code from your reseller to your Avid account? Just buying a renewal from Sweetwater or others does not mean it’s automatically added to your account. My plugin pack was in my products not yet downloaded 1st time I checked which was about 2 & 1/2 hours after I activated my renewal.

I'm not sure exactly when my plugin thing was applied, but it appeared automatically after Sweetwater code-renewal at some point in the following couple of days for me.
