New computer, 8.0 LE disc is scratched can't install, only have 6.9 activation code
Hello, I'm trying to install ProTools 8.0 LE that came with my mbox2 on my new laptop but the disc just keeps spinning because it's scratched. I have the jacket still and the installers, loops, and training video cds but I don't know where the activation code is. I did save a text file of my 6.7 activation code that I used to get the 6.9 upgrade with my original mbox but it says that code is invalid if I try to download it from this site nowadays (not the right # of characters before and after the dash). Not sure what to do... can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Did you register LE8? If so, log onto your MyAvid account and you should find your code and links to downloads. If you never registered, you may be SOL.
