Does PT 2020 still annoyingly open insert windows over inserts?

Still on PT2019. Sometimes I wanna check settings on a plugin, and PT opens the window such that it covers the insert. So instead of just clicking again where I'm at, I have to either mouse over to close the window or ctrl-opt-cmd-W (which isn't the most ergonomic combo, typically requiring 2 hands).

I know. "The horror!" Seems like a simple fix though. PT ought to be "smart" enough to always open plugin windows in a way that doesn't obscure the insert.

Lookup plugin window target.
The red square upper right of all PI’s.

Position the window were you like then turn this on. Popup will always open there.
Conversely turn the target button off to fix position to stay open (many open together)
