Default Plugin Presets Not linked

Hello everyone!

First post here.

I recently upgraded from PT 2020.3 to 2020.5, and, just last night, realized that my plugin presets have disassociated from Presets window in Pro Tools 2020.5.
The plugins that I'm having an issue with are from Apogee FX Rack, Clearmountain's Domain, and all of FabFilter plugs.

Thinking that perhaps the presets were somehow accidentally deleted, I uninstalled and reinstalled the above plugins, but to no avail.

Funny thing is I can still see the presets in the following location:
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Apogee / FabFilter.
And I can even load those presets using Presets > Open, then manually selecting each preset.
However, I cannot save these presets, and they do not show up in the Presets window ever.

Wonder if anyone can help?

I don't know about the Apogee Rack fx nor Clearmountain's Domain but for the Fabfilter stuff have you looked for the presets using the plugin's own preset window? FF plugins do NOT use the PT method for saving plugins - they use their own system. A lot of plugins don't use PT's system for presets.

I also have issues with presets not appearing after a clean install of 2020.x on Catalina.

FabFilter has a support page with a link to download all of their current presets. That solved the problem for me - at least with their plugins.

Keep in mind that as I wrote, that Fabfilter uses their own preset saving system. It looks like the OP is referring to PT's preset saving system. It's maddening that there's no consensus between developers to use just one system or even to allow the ability to use both daw & their own systems at the same time.
