Default Soft Keys on Dock Don't All Work

I recently got a Dock (and an S3), started watching the quick start videos, and began setting up custom soft keys on the horizontal and vertical strips on the Dock.

(Btw, I'm at the latest Eucon and PT versions on Sierra.)

Some of the commands I assigned don't work, notably "previous/next playlist". "New/duplicate playlist" both work fine. What gives?

Thanks for your help.

Best...H

Default Re: Soft Keys on Dock Don't All Work

An update - relaunching PT made the keys work. Next day, different keys didn't work, relaunching PT fixed them.

Hmm....
