Perpetual Licenses for 12HD and standard missing [SOLVED]

Multiple perpetual licenses for PT 12.6 standard have not been deposited into my iLok account out of 5 renewals only 3 have be deposited. Have had no response from Avid support. Along with this one of my PT12.6 HD just renewed perpetual licenses now shows an error on launch saying that this newer version is not licensed. Can someone please help. Thank you.
