Hey Kid, have you tried re-installing EuCon Properly ??

How do I uninstall EuControl and EuCon applications on Mac?

To uninstall EuControl and EuCon applications, double click on Uninstall EuControl file located in /Applications/Euphonix

Thanks. Yes, I have done the complete uninstall numerous times (including manual removal of library>pref files, etc), and there is zero change in behavior, even with "freshly" downloaded installers

troubleshooting .. have you tried to run your system on your MacPro Built-in Sound .. this would show if this is some sort of conflict with any of your other drivers ... ??

All other applications work just fine.

copy that .. time to Look at your network if nothing else is running .. mine will not startup sometimes .. a bit random but a restart usually fixes it ..

Network, is there anything on this network ?? that you think might be interfering with PTC ??

did i ask already, 2.4ghz or 5ghz network ? i cannot use mine on 2.4ghz ... to dodgy ..

Apple Airport TimeCapsule (5ghz Tower version) is hosting the Wi-Fi via a Time Warner Cable modem for the internet. 7 wireless devices and one Ethernet all working just fine with "basic" internet service, shared iTunes Libraries, numerous AirPlay devices...
Everything works just fine on all devices.

Initially with 3.3.2, I was having all kinds of Eucon crashes.

In my setup, I have a dedicated interface with its own VLAN and subnet for my Eucon network. All Eucon network devices run into a little 4-port Netgear 10/100/1000Mb switch that does not provide DHCP. As a result, I had to go to manual IP assignment since link-local IP assignment (used when a DHCP server is not available) was not behaving well at all.

My Internet VLAN is RFC1918-based as a 10.0.1.0/28 (14 usable addresses) so I created a new 10.0.2.0/28 subnet by assigning IPs as follows:

MacPro Eth0 (port 1): 10.0.2.1
Artist Mix: 10.0.2.2
Artist Transport: 10.0.2.3
Subnet mask on all devices: 255.255.255.240

The Artist documentation actually used to recommend a dedicated network. I can see where you'd want to avoid latency wherever possible. I would definitely NOT use a hub!

Once I went to manual addressing, I stopped getting all of the network errors, and it greatly reduced (but did not completely eliminate) Eucon crashes.

There does seem to be a notable memory leak in Eucon 3.3.2 (at least on the Mac version) that remains unresolved that is likely to cause performance and stability issues. See this thread for more discussion...

I was also experiencing constant crashing with Eucon 3.3.2. I run on a mac with operating system 10.10.5. I have 4 Artist mixes and 1 MC Control all hardwired to a switch with static IP addresses. I use my Wifi connection to connect to the internet.

I found that if you go into the network preferences, under the list of available networks on the left there is a gear icon with a drop down menu. Under that menu is an option to set the order of which network adapter takes precedence. I found that by rearranging the order so that wired ethernet trumps the Wifi connection, all crashes stopped and the system ran with out hiccup for me.

This left me with no internet through Wifi however so it would seem that until I can run a wire to my switch I need to switch this back and forth unless I can somehow bridge the connections.

Anyways hope this may be of some help to someone, it solved my crashes.
