Smile Difference between Teacher and Student versions of PT 10?

Can anyone tell me the difference(s) between the Teacher and the Student versions of ProTools 10? I see they price the same, but will the Student version prevent me from getting any updates? or vice versa? I need to purchase very soon.

Also, will PT10 work with an Mbox2 or do I need new hardware? Or, none at all? This is going onto a Mac with Lion.

Thanks, in advance.

The student version will allow for updates to version 10.X. I'm fairly certain that you don't qualify for an upgrade price when the next major version is released.

Does this hold true for the Teacher's version also? There has to be a difference otherwise why offer two versions?
I'm confused.

I've never heard of the teachers version. Do you have a link to the product you're referring to?

Any input is helpful, though I am not sure there is a difference other than the iLok.
