Problem with TL Space ...

Hi everyone,
the TL Space is my first choice reverb ...but i use to use the reverb on True Stereo format and i can use it only on Long format ...on Medium format, the True Stereo doesn't fonction right. If you try to send a track to the reverb, with the send panned hard right ...there is no reverb signal. About Short format, i use to not use it because of its latency.
In final, it's a problem because a True Stereo Long reverb take 4 DSP Accel chip and i don't need Long reverb everytime, specially for room reverb !
I think it's a bug ...but i don't know who gonna fix it, digidesign ?
Is there anyone who is in the same trouble ?

sorry for the lateness ...
The TL Space version is V.1.1.3r5
The Protools version is 7.2
The Mac OS version is 10.4.6
I don't use the RTAS version because of its latency (480 samples), same thing for the Short version (1029 samples).

just tried the same thing and yes Medium True Stereo has no reverb when send is panned hard right

Hi, I'm also having trouble with TL Space TDM. If I use Snapshot Automation I get a DAE -6042 Error. I know this from the first days of using TL Space, but it was fixed in a later PT 6.9 Version.
Now we moved to PT 7.2cs1 and got this Error again. Anyone else???
Also TL Labs wasn't aquired by Digi these early days, we had a direct contact to a Programmer from TL Labs and he worked very quick on a Fix. I'll send my Problem to Digi today and hope that they fix it asap too.

I had an engineer report today that when he attempted to use TL Space True Stereo (whatever that is) Long that it wouldn't load. Pro Tools started a plug-in shuffle. It shuffled, and shuffled, and shuffled...and ultimately gave up (-7204). I checked the system usage window, and I can assure you there was PLENTY of DSP available. Anyone else ever see this?
